A CREDIT CARD IS NOW REQUIRED FOR YOU TO RESERVE YOUR APPOINTMENT. IT WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNLESS YOU VIOLATE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
CANCELLATION POLICY: There's a 24-hour cancellation policy. You can cancel online up to 3 hours prior to your appointment without being charged 50% of your service.
LATE/NO SHOW FEE: There will be a $25 late fee that will be charged in addition to your service. You will only receive what time is left on your service.
NO SHOW FEE: If you choose to no-show you will be charged 100% of your service. Please be mindful that you are taking time away from other clients who can only see appointments available through the online booking system.
BE SURE TO ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE A NEW CLIENT TO FILL OUT PAPERWORK!

Cold or flu symptoms
Any contagious infections such as pinkeye, ringworm, poison ivy, etc. 1st trimester of pregnancy
Fever in the last 24 hours
Inflammation
Skin problems such as rashes, open sores
When you're intoxicated or have been drinking
Nauseated
Large bruises
